McHappy Day 2024!
We are thrilled to share that we have received an incredible $15,750 from McDonald's raised during this year's McHappy Day! Combined with last year's generous $10,000 donation to The Denise House, we will be able to provide an amazing children's playground structure and other play yard activities at our new shelter location which we anticipate occupying in September this year.
Our deepest gratitude goes out to McDonalds, their dedicated store teams who work hard to make McHappy Day successful, to our many volunteers and to McDonald's customers who so generously contributed. Very special thanks to Steve Wilson, owner of the participating locations, for his continued commitment and leadership on the importance of giving back to our community. Also special thanks to Robin Burns, Community Relations Representative for McDonald's, who organizes and encourages the staff teams to make McHappy Day the success it is!
